Frequently Asked Questions
A lot of the paintings on this website have already been purchased by other collectors, but certainly not all of them.
If you'd like to enquire about one, simply email me with the name of the painting (they all have titles below them) and I can tell you what size it is, if it's available, and what the price is.
I am currently between online store sites, but when I get the new shop online, you'll be able to buy paintings there.

Naturally. I love the challenge of painting on request.
Revisiting a Theme
I can do another version of a painting I've already done that may have already been sold, or at another size of your liking.
From Your Photos
Send me any images you have, and I can give you an evaluation. This can be tricky, because if the lighting doesn't work for me, it's almost impossible to create a good painting. Focus and detail are less important.
Pricing
Commissions start at $300 from 5x7 to 9x12 inches. Pricing on larger pieces can be provided upon request.
Terms
If you're not trilled with the results, you don't have to accept the finished piece. I still enjoy the process. If we agree, I can try any edits you have in mind, or take another go at it. If you chose not to accept any commisioned piece, I retain the right to sell it to someone else.
The price for my paintings guarantees the buyer the right to that painting alone. The rights to the image, or any likeness of the same remains with the artsit, which is me.
If you'd like to purchase the rights to the image as well, an additional fee can be arranged.
I've been known to dabble in other media, but prefer acrylics for the time being. I enjoy the way the dry relatively quickly, but can be made to stay "open" longer as well.
I also like print making, water color, photography and sculpture.
I am not currently taking any commissions in other media, but it doesn't hurt to ask, since I may change my mind.
I have a limited number of frames at the studio. If you are a local collecter, ask me about framing and I might be able to provide you with a few options.
Framing is a very personal choice, and one I can't really provide much guidance on.
As to the kind of frames I like, and would recommend, I'm currently exclusively using Illusions Floater Frames with the natural/black combination. I think they are minimal and work very well with panels and small canvases alike.
You can find these at Jerry's Artarama:
I am not currently teaching, but I do occasionally do demos or small, private workshops. Contact me to see if I'm available, and if it would be a good fit.
Unfortunately I can not ship outside the US at this time.
Generally all sales are final, but ultimately I want you to be happy with your purchase. So if upon receiving a painting, you discover that you are less than thrilled, just let me know and we can arrange something.
Offer limited to 14 days.
